Volunteering at the York County SPCA
Become a volunteer Photos

Volunteers are essential to the operation of our shelter. The number of animals housed at our facility far exceed the capacity of our full time staff. Your volunteer service is needed and appreciated. We expect that volunteers can contribute a minimum of 50 hours per year.

Volunteers are required to purchase a volunteer t-shirt ($7.00) and name badge ($7.00). We can find a job that satisfies your skills and your interests. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to work with the animals.
